Every bronze horse statue is packaged in a custom-built, reinforced wooden export crate engineered for the specific dimensions and weight of the piece. Our standard packaging includes:

• Soft foam and bubble wrap padding around all surfaces and protruding elements (legs, tail, mane)
• Moisture-proof barrier and silica gel desiccant for ocean freight humidity control
• Steel strapping and bolt-down securing inside the crate to prevent movement
• Detailed unpacking and installation instructions included inside the crate

In the rare event of shipping damage, we require photographic evidence upon delivery. We will repair or replace the affected parts at no additional cost. Cargo insurance is available and recommended for high-value orders -- we can arrange this on your behalf.

Bronze is one of the lowest-maintenance outdoor sculpture materials available. Our recommended annual care routine is simple:

• Annual cleaning: Rinse with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or wire brushes.
• Wax sealing: Apply a thin coat of paste wax (e.g., Johnson's Paste Wax or Renaissance Wax) once per year to protect the patina and surface.
• Patina evolution: Natural outdoor patina development (greening) is normal and considered beautiful. If you prefer to maintain the original color, annual waxing is sufficient.

Yes. We have extensive experience navigating customs regulations for both EU and North American markets. Here is how we support you:

• HS code classification: Bronze sculptures are typically classified under HS 8306.10 (bells, gongs, statuettes and other ornaments) or 9703 (original sculptures), which often carry reduced or zero import duty rates in many EU countries and the USA. We advise on the most favorable classification.
• Complete export documentation: Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any additional certificates required for your country.
• DDP service: For clients who prefer a fully hassle-free experience, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to most EU countries and the USA -- we handle everything including import duties, customs brokerage, and final delivery.
