Bronze western dragon production process:
Step 1: Our professional clay artist first makes a 1:1 clay model from a confirmed drawing.
Step 2: The surface of the clay mold is a coat with a flexible gel or rubber-like material and stabilize by a few pieces of plaster jacket.
Step 3: Once the mold is obtain, wax water is pour to allow it to take shape. (Large sculptures are hollow).
Step 4: The complete wax structure is then placed in another mold or shell and heated until the wax is use up and all the water is removed.
Step 5. The molten bronze is then quickly filled.
Step 6. After the final polishing, some control of the color and surface can be applied.
