From Clay Model
to Bronze Masterpiece

Every bronze elk statue begins as a vision and passes through the hands of top artisans. Our time-honored lost-wax process ensures museum-grade detail and structural integrity in every piece we cast.

The Lost-Wax Process

  1. 01

    Concept & Reference Collection

    We gather your reference photos, drawings, or inspiration boards. Our artists study elk anatomy, antler structure, and posture to plan the most lifelike sculpture possible.

  2. 02

    Clay Model Sculpting

    Top sculptors hand-build a full clay model at the specified scale. Every muscle, tendon, and antler tine is refined until the likeness is perfected. Client approval photos are sent at this stage.

  3. 03

    Silicone Mold & Wax Casting

    A precision silicone mold is created from the clay model. Molten wax is poured to produce a hollow wax replica, which is then coated in layers of sand shell material.

  4. 04

    Bronze Pouring, Welding & Polishing

    The wax is burned out, and molten bronze is poured into the sand shell. Cast sections are welded together, seams are polished smooth, and structural reinforcements are added for large elk pieces.

  5. 05

    Patina & Maintenance

    Chemical patinas are hand-applied to achieve the desired color -- classic verde, dark brown, natural bronze, or custom tones. Outdoor-grade anti-corrosion wax seals the surface for decades of durability.

  6. 06

    Quality Inspection & Export Packaging

    Detailed pre-shipment photos and videos are provided. The elk statue is packed in reinforced wooden export crates with moisture protection and foam padding for safe global delivery.
